Pako Mahaabo S’ Interview

Pako started his football career when he was just 8 years old.He started playing for a local team called The “The Bafana’s Fc.He was an athlete at that time and was spotted by a local person (Ta Zop-zop may his soul rest in peace) who advised me to joined the team. The rest is history. Told us his father (Lucas Mahaabo) owned one of Welkoms local amateur teams (Continental Fc),He would accompany him all the time and soon enough, he became interested and decided to be a player himself. What he learned during his football journey ,said football is not as easy as people think,you need to work hard as well as to interact with other team players,you need to remember that you aren’t only playing for yourself but for your team and supporters.When he grew up ,always wanted to become a professional soccer player.particularly for Kaizer Chiefs .He still believe that this is going to happen. He believe ,he will one day and win trophies for Kaizer Chiefs.Regarding football development in South Africa ,he would like to witness the u23 rule change. Insisted there is this retirement trend of players who above 23 years ,this is particularly because the industry believes that they are not as capable. In contrast, he believe that their soccer experience, expertise and maturity is exceptionally enough to develop the professional soccer industry.
Apart from the cultural and social challenges of playing in another Country (Swaziland), the age perception has always been a Challenge .As soon as your leaders know you are above the age of 25,it automatically becomes a challenge to become accepted and trusted with your soccer expertise and skills. Pako ,happily told us Mesut Ozil his favourite football idol,compared himself with him ,because both using left footer,also was inspired by his charity works and how far he seems to go to in order to contribute to the lives of other soccer players and his community.For his achievements ,in 2011/12 promoted castle team Dinonyana Fc,2012/13 promoted ABC team Maluti Fc.According to him his best mentor in football is Coach Takor Gaston,highlighted to us he always pushes him and tells him that he won’t give up on him until he go back to play in PSL again.when we asked who motivates him to do better ,smiled said Thembinkosi Lorch motivates him,he still remember a conversation he had with him when they were still playing for the same team (Maluti Fc).They promised each other that should one of use not make it as one of the best players in South African Football, They would know that they were both in the wrong career. Today,he is renowned as one of the best soccer players, this reminds and motivates him that,too can still make it.In 3 years s’ time ,he wants to see himself playing for one the 3 best teams in SA.He currently only need to win Dstv premier League. For Jomo Cosmos ,he learnt to listen and cooperate with senior players,to understand that there is a health Competition amongst players and he therefore passed these lessons to other players so that they too,can learn from him. Practically, there are technical differences in the way players play.professional players know where in the field they should be,when and doing what,there is a lot of space to play and they aren’t quick to come çlose to you for defense.Encouraging words regarding upcoming youngsters,for him said Behaviorally, the attitude is different. Professional players are more disciplined and ensure that they follow proper professional rules,also they must choose right friends, stay discipline, work hard and get enough slteam
His previous team is Hungry Lions ,Also his current team ,Harmony Fc,didn’t want to mention all teams he played.

Nthabiseng Mlotshwa Tuks Ladies Team Interview

Nthabiseng ,said all started in 2010 ,she had no girl friends,so she usually spent most of her days with boys.,told us ,it was times of the FIFA world cup so her friends asked her to joined them,they were watching one of the games,she saw the happiness that they received when watching the game. She started to pay more attention to the game and eventually understood it.She started celebrating with them when Simphiwe Shabalala scored a goal ,that’s where she felt in love with football. She then decided to joined her friends when they went to training ,according to her at first she said was difficult but they never gave up on her ,she was mostly inspired and influenced by her friends Siphisihle Gwala and Unathi Radebe.Things she learned in football Dedication, determination, discipline in order to be the best ,you have to associate yourself with the best.
Challenges she faced ,in her case ,it was quiet difficult ,because she never got the chance to play in girls team due to the fact that there was no ladies football where she grew up.Happily said she wanna grow in football and make her surname someone s’ nickname. Regarding football development changes in South Africa ,she like to see the growth of women football also businesses to invest in Women s’ football. Her favourite football idol is Mason Greenwood for Manchester United Fc.She told us her favourite and best mentor is her previous coach Pretty Siko.People Motivates her to do better every is her team mates,family and Bra Oupa.In 3 years s’ time ,she wanna see herself overseas playing for the European Women S’ League. Encouraging words regarding upcoming youngsters said, never give up on their talent,they must push harder and believe in themselves,by her side the standard of SASOL Women S’ League Is Medium.Her thoughts regarding the league Highlighted there is competition but knowing her team mates and the goals they have ,makes it easier for them to achieve better things.

Tshepo started playing football when was 6 years old.The person influenced and inspired him to play football is Reneilwe Letsholonyane .The coaches Scouted him to play Kaizer Chiefs Fc was Coach Arthur Zwane and Conti Kubheka .According to him lessons he picked during his football Career ,said that football requires a lot of discipline.The challenges he faced before was scouted by top teams ,frankly told us is not easy to play professional football ,so you have to work harder and stay discipline.
Regarding football development changes in South Africa ,he likes to see improvement in football school structures. Hinted Reinelwe Letsholonyane his football idol ,because he admire his style of play.His achievements as a footballer ,won player of the season ,league was playing before joining Chiefs and being Man of the Match in MDC.For him his Mom motivates him to do better every day ,also he told us his Sisters always his mentors since he resumed playing football.

Matshego started playing football in 2002 ,Bochabela primary School .He was influenced and inspired by his family and friends to play football .During his football journey ,he learned team work is very important especially if you want to succeed in football ,also discipline on and off the field ,taking responsibilities certain situations. Regarding his ambitions he wants to see himself in the Biggest league Worldwide and put his name in the national team set up.
According to him concerning football development in south Africa he wants to see professionalism in the cabinet (development structure) and financial literacy for upcoming youngsters.He told us his favourite football idol is Phillipe Lahm .Insisted Molefi Ntseki and Abraham Nteo his Best mentors since he started playing football.
For his achievements ,he won Multi choice Diski Champion 2019/2020 Season.People motivates him to do better every day is Ditheko Mototo and Jeffrey Lekhetla .Encouraging words for upcoming youngsters to respect their careers and put extra effort on and off the field .challenges he faced during his soccer career ,stated being promoted to the PSL side as a young star he never got a chance to play until a new coach come and Demote him.playing professional football him ,hinted its so amazing in a way the atmosphere is different,treatment wise its more special than development side.Frankly he told us its not nice to play games without spectators ,because according to him without them at the stadium they won’t get the love and honor they deserve regularly ,plus their motivation during play.

Former Free State Stars MDC Captain S’Interview

Dancehall Inna Yaard started playing football in School and his Kasi streets at the young age ,told us he played as a striker in primary for u13 ,according to him he played almost every age group while he was 11 even for open team .From there he started to joined Kasi teams such as Porto Fc,Blizzard Fc,Red sea Fc ,all were playing IBL.He played SAB League with Porto and they did managed to play last 32 round in 2012/2013 season against Maluti Collage and from there he joined Bloemfontein Young Tigers 2013/2014 season, also they played last 32 Nedbank Cup against Milano United.In 2014/2015 season he went to signed with Free State Stars Fc development where he played 2 seasons on MDC ,then got promoted to Senior side 2016/2017 season.
He played 3 official games there then he went to EC Bees 2017/2018 ,a ABC Motsepe outfit also played last 32 against Mamelodi Sundowns Fc and from there he took a break ,after he returned in football he rejoined Young Tigers Fc.The players inspired him to play football was Fanie Madida,also Mark Williams influenced him to play football since he grew up watching them and he told us ,wanted to play top flight football because he was his dream to play against all odds and with God S’ grace he did even now he still wanna go up again but if the timing and hard work pay surely he will. Regarding his football journey ,he learnt a lot of lessons while he was playing professional top tier football, one needs to be consistent to his graft,respect your office on and off the field ,also you must be willing to learn ,have the leadership qualities to carry your team when chips are down,team work is very important, individual leadership.
