Wm football development online news established a foundation called Wm Netball development foundation located in Mpumalanga Barberton .The foundation will establish the Development League ,also on the 12th of June 2021 will be hosting first Annual Netball development Tournament .Teams will win trophy and Medals ,the idea of the concept is to help those children to reach their Dreams and goals through sports .
Well when he grew up always wanted to become a professional footballer and also told us its something that had been chasing from the time when was young.up to now and once it happens said he wanna build a Biggest Orphanage in Africa and it will be built in Zambia where he comes from ,both with Soccer Academy which will be helping young talents out there,not only in his Country but in Africa too.Regarding football development in Zambia ,Wezi wants to see more Development Leagues established by Zambian Football Association in each province ,also said each province must have a Provincial Squad starting from under 10 up to under 20,so they can compete in the Provincial Cup ,said that will be a wise idea pretty sure could work.Wezi highlighted that idea it will be helping their Grass roots football in their Country there for and lastly to have more Academies,because there are not enough development structures in Zambia ,also to create a Reserve League said it could work.According to him his Best Mentor ever since he came in football industry ,is his Mom,she has been helping him a lot to escape football challenges just from the Beginning of his career, regarding his football idol its Daniel Alves.

Wezi Mung’andu aka Handsome footballer was born in 2002 at Copperbelt province in Chingola Zambia. His passion for football started when he was very young at the age of 6,he used to play Chipombwa which means (a ball made with plastics) ,so he used to play with it at home,also in streets and every where he goes with his friends. When he started attending school in the year of 2006,when he was 5 years old and that’s where his football journey began and started take it seriously because it was at school felt in love with football also they used to have tournaments for under 10s which made him to concentrate more,because its something he wanted when grew up to become a professional footballer. The person inspired Wezi,is his mom,because she used to play girls soccer though the time ,he started that’s where she stopped, saying that Wezi will continue where she left it,but she never gets tired of pushing him to work extra harder every day ,because his mom wants to see him successful and famous ,that’s why always pushed him to do it.Regarding his lessons picked up during his football journey, how to compete: He told us there are two types of competition namely compete with others and compete on your own .Insisted football teaches both ,when you face an opponent and think critical in that moment about how to beat them (game theory), also how to come up with a game plan (planning ),and also make that plan come to life (execution). Individually, you must improve your body to become a better player, also told us if you don’t learn to compete with yourself and improve every day you’ll be the weakest link in the chain that itself is pressure enough to improve. Secondly how to be discipline: From the teams had been playing for all coaches he met since he grew up ,taught him the following :to wake up early in the morning to do work outs so he can stay focus required to keep his form above certain level in the team he always played,also to keep discipline for every aspects of the game.By the time he finish training, have no choice but to understand discipline and enforce it throughout rest of his life .Thirdly How to work harder:99.9 percent resumes, said hard working is key ,also said think about your work place, 99.9 percent of your coworkers must be treated fairly ,also made an example to said sports are not the only way to learn how to work hard,but its a great start .Hinted in football ,you can earn a name for yourself by outworking your team mates, its an unfair advantage that’s accessible to everyone by changing attitude. Wonderboy Myanga founder of Wm football development online news ,started to love football in primary school Township called Matsulu long time Ago .Every after school will go to visit his friends from school so they can play football ,most of his friends wanted to be him because he was a talented midfielder blessed with skills .he played LFA League for the following Teams ,Matsulu Barcelona, Peace Makers ,All Stars Fc,All together Fc and Stone Breakers ,as for SAB Matsulu Limited Fc ,also teams from Vodacom league now currently called ABC motsepe league was very much interested but at home said he must more on school ànd his father was very strict a policeman by his profession sadly passed away .After he matriculated in 1999 Wonder fell in love with coaching young boys in Kasi and end up starting his own Academy called Stam Academy was playing LFA ,while he was busy with Young boys ,also was busy with Human Resources Diploma ,also started his Development league in Kasi ,it went Successful .After completed his Diploma in 2002 started to take coaching Seriously attending SAFA/SPACE Coaching development Courses .in 2003 he got a coaching job From Nelspruit Young Lions owned by the late Mr Clive Van Rooyen.During 2003_2010 Wonderboy won 25 trophies and 0btained five Coaching Certificates,also went successful coach SAB teams such as East Academy,Matsulu Limited Fc,Mbombela Saints Fc,Willy Stars Fc,also Vodacom league (ABC motsepe league) as an assistant for Victor Fumo Former Moroka Swallows Cb from Mozambique in 2013.In 2010 he was doing a double job ,because Sneakers development management came to offer him a job ,he did Brilliantly there from 2010_2013 he won 15 trophies .In 2016 he left Matsulu his Kasi To joined Emhlangeni Sports Academy that’s where he won 4 trophies coaching under 19,middle of 2016 Supersport united soccer schools in Johannesburg and Pretoria called him to worked there ,then they opened a Branch in Nelspruit that’s where he moved back to Nelspruit he worked a while until he decided to quit although his contract was expiring 2021 April ,he was fed up working harder got mistreated , it was like a family affair ,he knew he was talented plenty teams looking for his signature ,no matter the situation was bad at Supersport he won 1 trophy with them .In 2018 decided to go back at ESA but things was worst that time also met a Brother from Polokwane coach George and Coach Sizwe it was reunion ,then at the end of 2018 we decided to start our own Academy called Mpumalanga school of Excellence the three of us we are share holders .check Wonderboy Myanga s’ Profile via links
Thapelo s’online interview continues ,when we asked him ,what challenges he faced during his football journey, replied having to balance football and school was his biggest challenge because he never see himself as anything except as a professional footballer, but at the same time he knew and understood the importance of education, so it was very difficult on his side,but he thanked God because he managed to acquire his Human Resources Management Degree at Northwest University ,Mafikeng ,where he was in a Scholarship program called Soccer Institute, were he got exposed in the tournament called Varsity Cup and the tournament was televised on Supersports Channels, where he got spotted by the man called Tebogo Ramasilo of Atlegang Sports Project ,who offered to became his Agent and went take him for trial at Jomo Cosmos ,where the Legendary Jomo Sono signed him after 2 days on trial ,by far his happiest moment of his Career.Personally his favourite football idol is Teko Modise ,because regarding him as the Best Player in South African Professional football he d’ seen with his eyes of Grace,also told us Teko was a marvel to watch ,when he played ,always remembered him when South Africa was playing Cameroon at Olimpia Park Stadium .He was on form that day ,dominated and controlled the tempo of the game, also scored a Brace ,same night also was inspired by Benny McCarthy S’ Dress Code ,laughs said the man was an Italian beke le beke.Thapelo told us the difference between South African and Botswana Premier Leagues ,in Botswana defenders don’t give you a chance to breath, said they are tough and close you down quickly ,also they are very tight,cried said they don’t have good facilities ,insisted it encourages you as a player to work harder under difficult situations for example your first touch must be on point ,also the difficult situation helps you grow,remuneration wise ,him personally think they can do better if they can stop with the mentality of treating football as a hobby ,but says it starts with understanding that some families depends on it,said players must be paid better for the standard of the league grow .Thapelo s’ Ambitions as a player ,is to play for one of the Biggest Teams in South Africa preferably Mamelodi Sundowns Fc,also play for National team ,one day also play in China or Arab League.Regarding His Achievements

According to Thapelo his favourite mentor ,his Father Gideon Ratsie ,whose currently coach at Dikwena SAB League side in Royal Bafokeng sports, Repeatedly said his father ,his favourite, because his been there from the start and witnessed him grow as a player and most importantly as a person ,highlighted he always encourages him to think outside football ,his by far one of the people who played a role in him attaining his degree, he would go to the extent of sending him toiletries while was in University. He remembered when he attained his degree and it was his graduations, the man took him shopping to get nice casual outfit ,because he understood how much he love to look fashionable ,happily said he will be always grateful for him.Thapelo in 3 years s’time,he sees himself playing in one of the above mentioned leagues and regular in Bafana Squad.
For him the difference between his previous teams and currently ,previous the competition was high ,because he played with the likes of Linda Mtambo and Mxolisi Machupu ,the intensity was always high at training and just being coached by Jomo Sono was a motivation on its own,as all know the man holds the highest rank interms of producing players ,It was Amazing experience, so as far as the current team the competition is little lower,because of lack of facilities, hinted is not easy at all.The person motivates him to do better every day, it has to be his Queen (mother), she always encourages him to be better and not just as a footballer but as person itself and it also help friends who like Brothers to him back home the likes of Lindani Dudula and the son of the Legendary the Late Philemon Masinga (MHSRIP),Sifiso Masinga ,they always keep him on his toes and encouraging him to be better version of himself, there in Botswana ,he met a team mate who became a brother to him Michael Pillar Midfielder Maestro, he will always speaks positive thoughts in either football or life in General ,a very humble guy .Encouraging words regarding upcoming youngsters, said they must be patient, because at times it takes too long and hurts along the way but most importantly, they must work harder and stay discipline, because there is no use of being patient while you not giving your all to the game and to also remain humble when they reach higher stages in the game.
