Olimpio described himself as a humble and patient at the same time,also is a sports loving person/big fan he should say.His passion through sports started in 2019 when he was welcomed by Verullam Swallows as a coach of u13 and 15.He was influenced and inspired by his Uncle Lucky also said most was inspired by the Legendary Coach Sir Alex Ferguson and Mr Jose Mourinho.When he grew up regarding his Dream and Ambitions always wanted to become a well known Football Coach in the World.Regarding changes concerning South African Development sports ,for him his wish is that every football club that is registered in SAFA to have a development team of their own where by young stars have a chance in playing football at their early stages.Insisted SAFA also fund foundations such as Wm Foundation together with the Netball Association of South Africa ,said we are not leaving our sisters alone.According to him the Wise thing Doing projects for South Africa that will help Development of sports so that will have impact on the World Cup and other successful tournaments.Challenges he faced since started working with Sports ,Having to deal with three development league at the same time,when he took a decision the leave Barberton Future Academy after so long working with them,the hard work he put and made the Academy to be well structured in the same time playing beautiful football through his identity.The person motivates Olimpio to do better every day ,his uncle Lucky always there for him if have a challenge, he inspired him to do better and show him some of the things that makes football to be easy and also is there for him to teach him how to respect people around his work and Projects. In 3 years s’time he wants to see Wm Foundation to being noticed and produce about 5(five) players that will play for our National Teams different age level also see himself getting close to have SAFA C License of football Coaching.

Frankly he told us the Wm Foundation made a huge difference in a way ,their sisters now around Barberton knows that on Saturday they will be playing so they keep away from some things like drugs,Alcohol or visiting their boyfriends every Saturday etc,also he can be sure that the rate of Pregnancy will decrease as much as many teams take part of Wm Netball Foundation. His encouraging words regarding upcoming development players that every sports is beautiful game and sports desires hard work,Respect, Character, Confidence, Good Planning, Good Decision Making and Discipline,Hinted this are the elements to succeed in Sports. Luyolo S’ Story

Luyolo started playing football in his home town Sterkspruit ,he was in love with football from the young age.He was influenced and inspired his coach from primary school to play football, he was always seeing that potential in him also he believed in him that’s where his passion from football comes in.Checking his situation when he grew up ,wanted to see himself playing in PSL nowadays called Dstv Premier League after Abroad Also represent Bafana-Bafana in international level,for him it will be great achievement s sighting he want to be an inspiration to the upcoming Generation. People motivates Luyolo to do better every Day his team mates at his current team they always encouraging him to do better for him to achieve his Goals that’s what they do as a team lifting each other up and having everyone s back all the time whenever they feeling like they can quit on their Dreams. Regarding football development in South Africa he would like to see more scouts in their Communities because what he realised is that they do have lots of young talented youngsters who have a massive talent out there, and most of them they can’t continue with football Career due lack of Support from their families. Some not having enough funds for football Academic.For him when we asked regarding TTM trials said since they were lot of footballers who attended the trials ,and showcase their talents also he thinks he didn’t meet up their expectations due to the performance ,maybe he wasn’t fit enough so they didn’t say anything to him.

According to him the reason came back home said everything was fine, everyone was very impressed about his presence but unfortunately he didn’t have funds to Maintain for the Academy from Limpopo,Because they were paying monthly fees.The important thing when was in Polokwane said everything went very well more than he was expected so during the first wave of Covid 19 which led to level 5 they were told to go home then they promised to call them after Corona Virus pandemic when its over but then his home was far away from Polokwane ,so he decided to come back home since was struggling financial couldn’t get a suitable apartment.Luyolo made arrangements with Augusto Palacious Apprentice Academy 2021 cried said going for trials with his last money hoping to be selected by Scouter’s but not having luck to be selected, sleeping on the streets after trials because they were too from home and had several injuries and not being able to play official matches.Luyolo also told us his mom is very supportive when it comes for football career and she wants to see him doing better in life ,that’s what keeps him going.His favourite idol in football is Andile Jali because he plays similar like him also plays same Position also he likes the way he controls the game. In 3 years s’ time Luyolo wants to see himself playing in PSL or in one of those Big teams and recognized Leagues in the world especially in EPL.In football Luyolo learned that in football you should have good relationship with people because football reunites different races ,colours and cultures so self respect and self determination is needed as a footballer. Encouraging words regarding upcoming youngsters said they never give up until they make it,also said nothing is impossible when you are determined by what you love.Regarding joining Wm Scouting Agency said as a footballer who still young and having ambitions to succeed in life ,he was looking for scouts until he met Wm Scouting Agency on Social media and he approached them from there their working relationship is very much successful ,happily said he is very much happy with their service .His thoughts regarding Wm football development online news publication he thinks is the Best in South Africa also highlighted something about Wm Scouting Agency also insisted is the Best in South Africa because it gives young South African to showcase their talents online which is very rare in our country and hinted its the Best for him because he never had this chance before so he is so grateful for that

It all started when he was 9 years old.told us he was a quick and speedy player made it easier for him to scored goals in Soccer. He was influenced and inspired by watching soccer from a young age,so it became a passion for him.He said something he ‘be always wanted to do,insisted he didn’t have the full Support growing up but he’d say his mother played a huge role in his football Career. When he grew up Zibo wanted to be a great professional footballer,also he wants to play for Bafana Bafana ,in Abroad and make a name for himself. Happily said he wanted to achieve better than the likes of Benni McCarthy,Thulani Serero,Bernard Parker all this legends that created a name for themselves through football ,smiled he wanted to be Better and knows is not easy ,explained you have to be passionate and enjoy what you do,you have to focus on the purpose and goal,you have to perseverance through it all.Regarding football development in south Africa concerning changes he wants to see young players groomed from the age of 5,Build Better structured development and training programs for understanding of football not just physically but mentally too.

Michael Pillar Botswana Premier League Player

Michael started playing football an early age ,the person influenced and inspired him to become a footballer is his Cousin called Olebile Moepeng.he would actually forced him to play with him,as they would compete every time on who has the Best skills.when he started football was 5 years old,insisted the only sport that was played at his Village Tonota was football .Told us during those times they would go to the football pitch every weekends to watch the Big teams of the Village “Blue Birds.They would actually called themselves their names and even made bets that we will play in Bigger leagues,laughs said if any as they only knew Blue Birds Fc.During his football career he learned hard work and talent needs to be mentored by someone they would actually admire and get advice from someone who would remind him about professionalism ,they need to uphold even outside the pitch,Because as much as a player becomes professional within the pitch so should the player outside the pitch. Frankly Michael also told us ,as they ,as players spend most of the time outside the pitch.

The person motivates Michael to do better every day ,said his football Brother and team mate Thapelo Tlabakwe he can relate anything to him especially when facing difficult times in his football career. Said he would always look at him and tell him that even though its going bad on his side,he will always be proud to be his friend.Regarding his football or Dream Michael never wanted himself down on that phrase.
