The Rise Of Coach Edwin Ssuss Mbombela Branch

We shift focus on Ssuss Coach Branch ,Nelspruit (Mbombela) ,we check when all started regarding his coaching career and also the love of football. Edwin Maduana known as coach Edwin,told us its all started in his childhood days when he used to play soccer after school.the love of football for him began there.we asked him who influenced and inspired to become a development coach, replied he was not really influenced by anyone, specifically told us the opportunity just presented itself and he took it with both hands and he fell in love with it.During his football journey he picked up the quiet a few things about football development. he’ve realised that it’s very important for kids to start playing football at a very young age (4_5 years). This is the age where you introduce football to them,also they able to fall in love with the game whilst developing their basic football skill. Coach Edwin s’ goal is to open his own soccer development school, an actual school where they mainly focus on the development of young kids.
Regarding football development in South Africa,he ‘d really love to see more kids from rural areas getting the right development structures at an early age because there ‘s lot of talented kids in the rural areas and its quiet visible that they need to be taught the simple basic soccer skills. he insisted also they need to be taught discipline as most of them when they get older turn to alcohol.according to him,his Achievement would be seeing one of his players come to your team not knowing a single thing about football not even knowing how to kick the ball,to being one of your best players,that’s what he call development and that would be his biggest achievement as a development coach. So far interms of Qualifications he obtained a SAFA License D and happily said more still coming.
The person motivates him to do better every day, his son also he want to be a great role model to him.In 3 years s’ time he like to own his development Academy and seeing the players that he ‘ve helped develop playing for a professional soccer team and representing our Country. Hinted the difference between Supersport United Soccer schools and other development Academies,is Ssuss exists to give children from 5_16 years of age the best start in football. The training ethos at Supersport United Soccer schools very much mirrors that of Brazil in that young players are encouraged to spend as much time as possible with the FDS ball developing their skills. Concerning his best mentor highlighted himself his own mentor as he understand himself better, he set realistic goals for himself and he know exactly what he want. Lastly his encouragement words for upcoming football players, told us first of all,listen to your parents ,Discipline goes along way in football and in Life in General. Focus on your Dream and don’t let any distractions get in between you and your Dreams.

Katleho Benten Maphathe Richard Bay S’Captain .

Katleho started playing football from primary school,then he grew up playing for a team called Black Urban Fc (Amateur). In 2012 he signed with Roses United Fc,After his next journey was Free state Stars Fc for four months during that season they loaned him to African Warriors for one and half season. In 2016 he played for Thanda Royal Zulu Fc and they won promotion ,after the management decided to sell the status.In 2017 signed with Richard S Bay Fc until currently ,also he stated the person influenced and inspired him to football was himself because he was always dreaming to play professional football. The person motivates him to do better every day according to him was the late Coach Roger Skhakhane.When we asked him about what changes like to see in South African football development, laughs said to be honest doesn’t know but is happy about everything. During his football journey he learned that he must respect the game.
Regarding his achievements he won NFD League in 2016/2017 season also represented South Africa under 20 in the international level.Katleho told us his mom ,is his idol and favourite person. We presented another question to him regarding his previous teams s’ set up and current interms of players etc ,frankly was determined to be honest saying the current team is more professional interms of players,structure, etc ,previous ones was not .In 3 years s’ time he wants himself to become a Best player in South Africa,also playing for 1 of the Big 3 teams and winning trophies. Also highlighted to us Coach Simo Dladla is the Best mentor for him.Lastly his encouraging words for young upcoming football players, they must just work hard,have patience on their Dreams,being a professional football player and also they must ‘nt worry about age.

Mmeli Terrence Mhlongo From Mpumalanga in Nkomazi kaMhlushwa known as “Pogba”, started playing football in Primary school when was 10.Mr Mcuyi his former teacher influenced and inspired him to play football, During his football journey, said in football you need to be strong,committed and be passionate. His father Mr Mhlongo motivates him to do better every day. David started his football career when his was 8 years old,his cousin influenced and inspired him to play football,also used to support Fc B Barcelona of Spain.he used to watched football with him.he idolise Lionel Messi in Football, when we asked David what changes like to see in Nigeria concerning football development, told us he wants to see many aspiring young Nigerian footballers play top class level so they can achieve their Dreams and Goals.insisted because there are many talented young players in Nigeria.
