Mr T.V Mlangeni started his coaching career back in 2016 as a coach and Academy owner.the person inspired him to become a football development coach is Dr Jomo Sono.Regarding football development in south Africa,he would like to see SAFA investing more on development from under 7 to under 19,so that they can be able to compete with top 10 football Giants Worldwide from as early as u10,11,13,15&17,insisted they will never go wrong as a Country,but for them to achieve this,they need to change the way football investment is done in our Country .During his football journey he learned that ,you ‘ll never stop learning ,because everyday comes with new challenges, so you will have to be flexible in order to cope and function on daily .football has also taught him that money will never buy you Success, but commitment with dedication and discipline will open doors for anyone. So far already have 9 players identified to join Dstv Premier development teams ,two at ABC Motsepe League and 7 for SAB Regional League .According to him Concerning his achievements,so far have 8 players at Mamelodi Sundowns Academy database, that have trained and developed, 8 players at PSL development teams playing GDL stream A,2 players at ABC Motsepe League, 1 player at Vut doing Sports Management through Sports Bursary on his final year, 4 players in SAB League ,Gauteng Province, that comes from his Academy, also in 2017 September he won 5_2 against Jomo Cosmos under 23 team,also in2018 he managed to beat Wits Juniors under 15 4_1 and played 2 all against Mamelodi Sundowns Academy under 15 and 17.2019 November 28 he managed to beat Augusto Palacios Academy u19 ,1_0 at Mayfair. The person motivates him to do better every day is his wife.in 3 years s’ time he wants to have a minimum of 20 players in Dstv Premier League development teams,5 players at premier league,10 at ABC Motsepe league and 12 at South African under 20 National Team.Coach Vigos ‘s objectives are as follows:To develop players from under 7 to 19 years and send them to PSL development each and every year for further development, also to have his Academy mini stadium for proper development in the next 10 years.highlighted he wants his Academy to be ranked amongst the best development structures in South Africa the next 15 years.he also told us ,like to have minimum of 3 players representing his Academy in Europe best leagues in the next 12 years.His best mentor in football is Coach Pitso Mosimane .Lastly his encouragement words for young upcoming young players ,football will never lie to you,if you can love and respect it,it will do the same to you and said nothing is impossible in football provided setting some attainable goals for yourself and never stop learning.
